A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider.
When you visit our website, the server automatically collects and stores information in server log files, including IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL.
This data is technically required to provide the website and to ensure stability and security.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
3. Contact form and inquiries
If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you provide in order to handle your inquiry. This may include the type of inquiry, salutation, first name, last name, company or office, email address, phone number, optional address details and project description.
The data is used to process your inquiry, sent to us by email and additionally stored in an internal MariaDB database so that inquiries can be processed, documented and followed up in a structured manner.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR insofar as the processing is necessary for pre-contractual measures or the handling of your inquiry. Any additional voluntary information is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
4. Email communication
After submitting the form, both you and we receive an email. Your submitted data is processed for communication purposes and to confirm receipt of your inquiry.

5. Storage and deletion of data
Your data is stored only for as long as necessary to process your inquiry or as long as statutory retention obligations apply. Contact inquiries are generally stored for up to 12 months after completion of the processing. Longer storage takes place only where a legitimate interest exists, for example in relation to follow-up projects or the documentation of business communication.
After that, the data is deleted or anonymised unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
6. Recipients of data
Your data is not disclosed to unauthorised third parties. Disclosure takes place only to our hosting provider IONOS or where required for the technical provision of the website, for handling your inquiry or due to legal obligations.
7. Cookies and local storage
Our website does not use analytics, marketing or external tracking cookies. At most, a simple technical note may be stored locally in your browser so that it is not displayed again on your next visit.
